I wanted to tell you how happy I am that you are offering virtual classes. I was a little apprehensive but thought it was worth trying. I had no trouble getting connected and the classes are easy to follow. I’m definitely hooked. Thank you for helping me feel connected to MSF family during this crazy time.
Well I finally did it, I took a virtual class with Cindy and it was awesome! If I did not go on and do it I would have not worked out that day. Cindy is amazing at letting you know what leg and arm goes where. It was easy to follow along. She helped me to log in and I had a great workout from my living room with one of MSFs top instructors! Can’t wait to try pilates virtually.
When I first started at MSF, I lived right down the street, so participating in the classes was a no brainer. After I moved, the commute was all of 30+ minutes but I was hooked. I love everything about this gym from the vast class offering to my fit family. MSF is such a progressive facility – adding new instructors, new classes and providing a total wellness mentality. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to achieve and maintain my fitness goals!
I started doing PiYo years ago due to a back injury. I have been at MSF over 2 years and I am so grateful. I travel an hour from work and another hour home. I have found several live PiYo classes a lot closer, but nobody compares to MSF. Cindy is amazing, her PiYo class is hardcore and intense. I love all the advanced moves to challenge myself. Besides my obsession with PiYo, MSF has such a warm, friendly atmosphere. Everyone is positive and supportive. MSF has really changed my life because of PiYo, I am at 100% again and back to enjoying my life.
I want to take a minute to thank the whole staff at MultiSport Fitness and Jen for bringing your vision to the people of the Upper Mount Bethel and the surrounding areas. This is more than just a spin studio and it is more than just a workout, you are changing lives and building strong people, not only physically but also mentally. In today’s world it is hard to find people so dedicated to something. You and your staff are truly changing people, and are definitely making a difference in the world.
