MultiSport Fitness offers personal training to help develop and implement an individualized approach to exercise. Using a variety of teaching techniques, our trainers are proficient in leading and demonstrating safe and effective methods of exercise by applying the fundamental principles of exercise science.
Our Personal Trainers:
- are familiar with forms of exercise used to improve, maintain, and optimize health-related components of physical fitness and performance.
- will write appropriate exercise recommendations whether for a specific athletic event or for overall fitness improvement.
- will motivate individuals to begin and to continue with their healthy behaviors.
- are all ACSM & NASM CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINERS and are fully licensed and insured.
One on One Training:
Receive private training on or off location in a clean and safe environment. This session is entirely focused on you and your fitness needs. Each session lasts about one hour and “homework” will be given. You can schedule one session or purchase a package, whatever fits your needs.
Grab a friend and let’s do it together! Buddy training is a great way to receive personal training and personalized workouts while supporting and sharing it with a friend.
